Сегодня я предлагаю вашему вниманию решение трех проблем внешнего вида ягодиц и бедер. На каждую проблему есть прицельное упражнение и ряд рекомендаций.
Проблема: Плоские ягодицы

Решение: Упражнение «Глубокие приседания с утяжелением на плечах»

Техника: Приседания - самое эффективное упражнение для ягодиц. Поставьте ноги на том расстоянии, на котором вам будет комфортно сделать глубокий присед. Настолько глубокий, чтобы задние бедра касались икры. Не каждый может глубоко присесть в силу индивидуального строения скелета и уровня растяжки. Отметьте следующее: спина должна быть прямая и напряженная; утяжеление (гриф от штанги или бодибар) на плечах удерживается обеими руками; приседайте медленно до самого конца, потом плавно поднимайтесь.
Сделайте 10-12 повторений в 3 подхода.

Проблема: Некрасивая форма ягодиц, отсутствие упругости

Решение: Упражнение «Выпады с утяжелениями на плечах»

Техника: Упражнение простое, доступное, всем известное и при этом суперэффективное, даже если делать его один раз в неделю. Оно очень хорошо растягивает ягодицы вместе с бицепсом бедра. Можно выполнять его с гантелями, но лучшего эффекта вы добьетесь с грифом от маленькой штанги на плечах или с бодибаром. Почему? Потому что в этом случае задействуется в работе гораздо большее количество различных мышечных групп.

Итак, исходное положение: стоя ноги на ширине плеч, бодибар на плечах, удерживается обеими руками. Сделайте шаг вперед одной ногой и присядьте. Главное правило - угол в колене впередистоящей ноги ровно 90 градусов. Если угол будет меньше, есть вероятность травмы колена, если больше, есть вероятность того, что вы не сможете встать. Нога, которая стоит позади, зависает от пола в 2-3 сантиметрах. Оттолкнитесь и вернитесь в исходное положение. Следите за равновесием, напрягая мышцы пресса и спины. Сделайте 4 выпада на одну ногу и 4 на другую, повторите трижды.

Проблема: Дряблая задняя поверхность бедра

Решение: Упражнение «Мертвая» тяга с прямыми ногами»

Техника: В этом упражнении будут работать выпрямители спины, ягодичные мышцы и больше всего заднее бедро (бицепс бедра). Исходное положение: стоя в опущенных руках бодибар, ноги чуть согнуты в коленях, бодибар движется близко к бедрам, почти скользит по ним. Наклоняйтесь вперед настолько, насколько вам позволит растяжка. Возвращаясь обратно, сильно напрягите бедра и ягодицы, как будто вы выпрямляете свой корпус только благодаря этому напряжению. Сделайте 10-12 наклонов в 3-4 подхода.

Внимание! Прежде чем приступить к занятиям помните, что несоблюдение правильной техники или слишком большой вес утяжеления могут привести к травме в области коленного сустава. Для тех, у кого есть проблемы с коленями, эти упражнения не подойдут!

Еще один момент: мышечной боли после правильного выполнения не избежать, будьте к этому готовы и не пропускайте следующую тренировку.

Другая сторона решения «ягодичных» проблем - это ваше питание. Чем больше вы едите, тем больше в объеме ваши ягодицы. Главное здесь - соблюдать режим, то есть кушать только в определенные часы и только низкокалорийные блюда.

Помимо диеты и прицельных упражнений вы можете ускорить процесс обретения стройных ягодиц и бедер, если ежедневно сидя или стоя будете сжимать ягодицы по 50 раз.

Такой комплексный подход, состоящий из отличных упражнений, диеты и вспомогательных сжиманий-разжиманий, сделает свое дело — через месяц-другой вашей любимой вещью в гардеробе станут стринги!

It's time to visit a topic that may be uncomfortable for some, but something that must be discussed. Are you losing people with your voice? In a time where face-to-face meetings seem to be rare and more business is conducted via the telephone your voice could be hindering your success. On the telephone we do not have visual cues or body language to strengthen our position and message, all we have is our voice.

Not too long ago I had a young lady come in for an interview for an Account Coordinator position. Our office is in a loft format like many ad agencies today, so it's an open floor design without individual offices. I heard the young lady arrive and speak with someone as she entered the office. I didn't even have to look at her to know that she was not the right person for the job. Why? Unfortunately it wasn't her skill level or education, it was her voice.

As an Account Coordinator working with an agency that does national business a lot of your time is spent on the phone. Professionalism, friendliness and confidence has to be vocalized using the instrument of your voice.

I realize that we are all born with our voices, but they can in fact be trained. If you spend a lot of time on the phone conducting business perhaps it's time to assess your own voice skills. Your voice is in fact a tool. It's a tool that can gain you business or lose you that next business deal.

Five key factors when it comes to having a voice of success include:

  • Your Tone
    What does the tone of your voice sound like? Does it reflect confidence? Strength? Assurance? Perhaps your tone reflects fear? Boredom? Immaturity?

    Be honest with yourself, do you need to work on your tone? Grab a close friend or co-worker - ask their honest opinion. It's important to find someone who will give you just that. Listen to what they have to say and take their criticism as constructive to help you develop a voice that will get you where you want to be in life.

  • Voice Inflection
    When speaking and thinking about the key points you want to emphasis, make sure the inflections of your voice does just that. Inflection alone can change the meaning of a sentence.
  • Delivery
    Practice, practice, practice. The delivery of your message when training your voice is key. Don't be afraid to rehearse a pitch a proposal or even just a phone call. You won't always have to do this, just long enough to where a good delivery is natural and you can do it with confidence.
  • Sound
    What do you sound like? Have you ever really just listened to your own voice? For example, when you record your outgoing voicemail message what do others hear? A smile? Joy? Authority? Don't be afraid to use a tape record as you train your voice. A tape recorder will allow you to hear exactly what others hear.
  • Energy
    Similar to tone, but different. The energy in your voice allows people to feel like they are in the room with you. Does your energy make them want to be in a room with you? Put it in check. One thing that I have to watch is the speed at which I speak. I can rattle things off faster than most people can keep. I always know when I'm doing this because I often get asked to repeat myself. Breathe, think about what you are going to say and fill it with the right energy for the moment.

Most the time voice can be trained by just becoming aware, sometimes it may take a voice coach or someone to help you with the things you struggle the most with. It's not uncommon for people to seek out the help of a voice trainer or coach. If you assess that your voice may be hindering your success, it may just be time for you to take that next step.

When customers hear your voice on the other end
of the line, they imagine the person behind the
voice. If they like what they hear in the voice,
chances are they will perceive you as knowledgeable
and confident. If they don’t like your voice, it
makes them want to disconnect or speak to a supervisor.
Your voice is your best vehicle for making
the customer trust you.
To exceed customer expectations, your voice must
consistently sound
• Upbeat
• Warm
• Under control
• Clear.
Understanding your voice
All of us are born with a particular voice. It is our
trademark. Most of us do not have a radio
announcer’s voice. However, unless there is a congenital
defect, any voice can be improved by pausing
and breathing.
To improve the tone of your voice:
1. Make sure you are breathing from the diaphragm.
Many people are shallow breathers.
This can cause the voice to sound strident.
2. Drink lots of water to keep the voice sounding
pleasant all day long. The ordinary person
uses up a quart of water an hour. When
you talk all day long on the phone, it is important
to keep the vocal cords lubricated.
3. Avoid caffeine. It is a diuretic.
4. Sit up straight. Posture does affect breathing.
5. Use gestures to make your voice sound energetic.
It is especially important to use gestures
when you are tired. They will give your
voice additional power and will help you to
emphasize words or phrases to get your
point across.
6. You automatically warm up the tone of your
voice when you smile. Your customers will notice
the difference. Keep a mirror on your desk
and notice if you are smiling while talking.
7. If your voice is particularly high or low, exercise
the range of your voice by doing a sliding
scale. You can also expand the range of
your voice by singing.
8. Tape record your voice and play it back.
Would this be a voice that says, “I care?”
9. Practice speaking at a slightly lower octave.
Deeper voices have more credibility than
higher pitched voices. It will take getting
used to pitching your voice down an octave,
but it will be worth the effort. It is also what
on-air radio personalities have had to learn
to do.
10. Get feedback on the tone of your voice. Ask
your manager or a trusted friend.
Your voice sells people on your knowledge level
and professionalism. It helps you to gain their support
when difficulties arise. Make it sound the best
it can by pausing and breathing and by maintaining
it with good posture, big gestures and plenty
of water.

If you want to increase the power of your voice, one of the secrets is resonance. A powerful voice is one that resonates freely in your whole body. The following simple exercise will help you to improve the power and resonance of your voice.

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Find a space where you feel safe and comfortable, and where you will be free from distractions. Choose a position for your body that allows you to be aware of your whole body and to focus inward. You can try this exercise sitting, standing or lying down.

  2. Step 2
    Breathe deeply and imagine your breath filling your entire body. Feel the aliveness in your body, as if you are aware of your cells moving and vibrating. Be particularly aware of your bones. Sound resonates most powerfully in the bones.

  3. Step 3
    Focus your awareness at the base of your spine. Direct your breath awareness to this specific physical location. Notice the aliveness. Make a sustained tone "oooo" (as in "food") with your voice and direct the sound into your tailbone, as if you could make your tailbone buzz. Continue making the "oooo" sound several more times and feel the warmth and buzziness expand. You are opening the resonance at the base of your spine.

  4. Step 4
    Repeat this process in other areas of your body. For example, move to your pelvic bowl, then to your solar plexus (middle torso), then to your chest. If you like, you can try different vowel sounds in each location. For example, "oooh" (as in "go") is wonderful for opening the resonance in the pelvic area, and "aaah" (as in "ma") is wonderful for opening the resonance in the chest. Explore the sensations that you can create with your sound. Take time in each area to give yourself an internal massage. Be aware of how the sound buzzes in your bones.

  5. Step 5
    To open the resonance in your head, find a humming sound in a comfortable range for your voice, and focus the humming sound in the space between your eyes. Feel the buzzing in the bones around your eyes. Expand the vibration to your ears and jaw and skull. Massage your brain. Bring your entire head alive with the sound.

  6. Step 6
    Continuing your humming sound, now open your mouth and change to a sustained "aaaah" sound, while still feeling the buzzing sensations in your head. Allow the resonance to extend from your head down through your whole body. Notice if you can touch all of the places that you have explored with your sound. Feel the buzzing in your entire body.

  7. Step 7
    Finally, speak or sing a sentence or phrase with your new-found awareness of whole-body resonance. Does your voice feel more powerful? The more you practice, the more you will notice an increase in the power of your voice.

The reasons that a person has to improve their voice or vocal ability are many. Perhaps they wish to sing better, make formal presentations or work as a radio disc jockey or announcer. Whatever your reason may be, here are a few tips from one who has done all of the above. It's my desire that these simple tips will be of some help to you.

  1. Step 1
    Let's start by putting this "improving your voice" idea into perspective. If you want better tone and size in your biceps, you do a range of curling exercises with weights. Ditto for most other parts of your body. The subsequent gain in strength is relative to the work you do. Stick to it and you get very positive results. Working out your voice will do the same as long as you persist regularly and don't quit.

  2. Step 2
    First on our list to improve your voice is to liberate your voice. Start with a book or other source of printed matter, even this article will do. Read out loud and read slowly using exaggerated mouth movements. That means read stretching your mouth wide open as you enunciate each and every syllable of each and every word. This may feel a bit awkward at first, but you will realize a clearer, more distinct reading voice in a short time if you practice diligently.

  3. Step 3
    Next is an exercise that may be done at the risk of having your neighbors calling the police, but is an excellent exercise for improving your voice that can be done once or twice a day. In fact, this is a great workout of the tubes just before speaking or singing. Here's what you do: Reach down deep for your lowest tone, whatever that may be, with your mouth open, using as much power as you can muster up, begin to scream out loud. Remember, low tone only! No high pitched screaming here! Just let it all out. This technique creates an almost instant effect on your voice that can last for hours. Basically, it's like sitting in the dentist's chair when he or she asks you to say "ah". The only difference being is that after you do as prescribed in this article, the dentist's hair will be blown back like they just looked a hurricane in the eye!

  4. Step 4
    When at all possible, read out loud. Even when you're just relaxing it's always a good idea to read out loud. Improving your voice also means using your voice. You will soon improve your reading skills by reading steadily at an even pace, taking time to correctly pronounce words, and develop an intonation that will make reading stories fun for all that hear you.

  5. Step 5
    Improving your voice can be one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. Opportunities to use your voice will make themselves available and the confidence you will have achieved as a result of your efforts will be up to the task. These are some of the basics. Practice them and take your voice where it wants to go!
